Shipping
All orders are prepared and posted within 3 days of the order being placed. It can then take up to 4 working days for the order to be received as per the guidelines of Royal Mail. This is the approximate timeline for all orders placed using the standard second class signed for delivery option, which is the default option at checkout.
At times, other couriers may be used to deliver your parcel and this turnaround may be slightly shorter or longer.
Once an order has been placed through the website, an email will be sent with tracking details. Updates can be checked with this information.
During busy periods, bank holidays or festive times, please expect some expected delays.
Returns and Refunds
Returns are only accepted if any item is received and is different to the original order or if there is any obvious damage.
Returns are not accepted based on a change of preference or mind. Home of Trends always suggests that the item description is read prior to order as this is where measurements and pictures can be viewed. Alternatively, item enquiries can be sent before placing any order to ensure you will be happy with your order.
Any orders that are accepted for returns must be reported within 3 days of receiving the order and returned within 14 days for a refund of the cost of the item. Shipping cost will not be refunded.
An exchange will be accepted on most items as long as the item is returned in the same condition and with the original labels/tags.
A refund or exchange will be issued once the original item is sent back, received and checked.
Refunds can take 7 working days to be processed back to the original payment method. Some banks may take longer.
Purchased orders
Once an order has been placed, it can be cancelled within 24 hours if you have changed your mind, however it can take up to 7 working days for the payment to be issued back to your bank.
An order confirmation will be emailed once an order has been successfully placed.
Following this, a dispatch email will be sent once the order has been packed and posted. This will include tracking information so you can get updates on your order.
Brand sizing and fitting
Each item has a description which includes information such as size and measurements (length). For detailed measurements, customer must send a message requesting this information prior to placing order to avoid disappointment or sizing issues.
One size = clothing which is suitable for a range of sizes.
